Charity Week 08.

Good day, but weather could have been better.

Charity Week this week for all of UK & Ireland, proceeds go to orphanages around the world. (Please correct me if I'm wrong, I have a tendency to convert assumptions to facts on a whim.) Organized by MYS. (Fact.) They decided to go with selling cakes and pastries to raise the money. (Fact.)

I have a weakness for cakes. Naturally, I prodded my fork on various cakes of friends to 'have a taste'.

It was an assortment of everything; carrot cake, lemon cake, banana cake, chocolate cake etc. We got to make some as well. They had requested earlier for people to donate 'edible' cakes for the event, and edible was exactly what we did.

(The most questionable concoctions can still be edible, in my mind.)






Sorry I don't have pictures of the event itself. It was a good turnout for a good cause.
