twisped.

some random (but calculated) things.

I woke up this morning to a cloudy, gloomy sky. Then, it got real sunny and windy. Then, it started raining, well, drizzling. Now its awfully sunny again. All in the span of one hour. Its weird.

Thinking of moving out this december. Staying in a house would be heaps better, economically anyway. But I hate the idea of not living with Lz and sanjababy. They're crazy fun to be around. speaking of which, happy deepavali. :) we sort of felt like losers during halloween cos we were probably the only ones who didn't attend the halloween ball. and so we made up for it by organizing a deepavali dinner yesterday. good times. christmas is next, we'll have a huge tree in the house, that'll show them what awesome people we are. hold on though, I wont be here this winter. f.

McDonald's is offering their sunday/twisty fries (?) for a cheap, cheap price of 1Euro. Head on down now!

I am once more plugging 'youth in revolt'. It is, hands down, the funniest book I've ever come across. I can't stop reading it. Shove an exam in my face tmr morning and I'd still be reading that book tonight.

ok,that's it.I'm rushing down to Borders tomorrow morning to get this bloody book.

Haih, but I couldn't finish The Road (had a quarter left to finish).Nice writing, but I couldn't stand how it's so monotonous & empty all the time.It suits the ambience of the story well, but just not my kinda read. But I did really sympathise with the father & son tho,esp how the father's always putting himself ahead of the son,& the son asks all these difficult questions when the dad's so focused on just surviving.

best thing abt reading youth in rev is that I can imagine cera as the main chrcter, knowing the film version's going that way too.

ehhh u know u can borrow mine. I'm coming back dec anyway. save your australian dollars, convert it to ringgit, put it an a pile.

then take a handful from that pile and belanja me a&w waffles, if you insist.

i get what u mean with 'the road'. i couldnt stand the way it was written until the very end, then i realised how long it must have taken him to write it cos every word he used seems so calculated and carefully chosen. no words are sort of wasted. in my opinion anyway.

i cant imagine cera as the character, its sooo...different, very unlike him.

but pls pls like the book, I keep going 'Al should so read this.'
